What Is The Momentum and Structure Plan?
• This plan is great for clients who want to give personal training a try without a big commitment. • Perfect for beginners. • You'll learn proper form when lifting weights. • You'll still get all the benefits from a bigger package but without the long term commitment. • You can see results in as little as 1 month. • 1 session to be scheduled each week. • Total length of this plan is 4 weeks • Most clients purchase a 9 or 12 session package once the've completed 4 sessions.
