I started training with Kris earlier this year and the results have been amazing. I had lost fitness and gained weight during grad school and needed help to get back into shape so that I could enjoy doing the things I love - hiking, biking, soccer. I had never trained with weights before, mostly relying on cardio. Kris made sure he understood my goals, my training history, and specific requirements (I really need to strengthen my knees) and provided work out plans tailored to these needs. After 5 months, I'm feeling stronger and I can see the positive effects - my running, biking, hiking etc have all benefited, and my knees don't give out anymore. Kris' style is positive and he is flexible with session timings and schedules. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to regain or get into fitness!

I found Kris after a disappointing experience with another personal trainer who left me intimidated and injured. This time, I was determined to find the best. You deserve the best too! Kris is not only certified but also incredibly experienced, having worked with clients of all ages and mobility levels for 10+ years. His youngest clients have been children around 10, while his oldest are almost 100! He's helped people with various mobility needs, from those in wheelchairs to aspiring Olympic powerlifters.

What really sets Kris apart though, is his reliability and friendliness. I can always count on him to show up with a huge smile, ready to help me reach my fitness goals. Initially, I DREADED working out (worst part of the day lol), but Kris has transformed my attitude and physique. I've gone from having nothing but belly fat and complaints to actually looking forward to our sessions!

I'd like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Kris. He's genuinely changed my life.

I’ve been training with Kris for the last 4 months. I can’t say enough good things about him. He is an amazing trainer - listens to my concerns, goals and customizes the workouts suitable for me. I’ve had a history of knee and shoulder issues, Kris is able to push me to the appropriate level, without ever aggravating any pain. He keeps the workouts fun, challenging and motivating and always tries to accommodate my schedule. Training with Kris really makes me feel on top of the world! He pushes me beyond my limits and because of his encouragement I can accomplish so much more! Once you start seeing your body change and your strength increase you get completely hooked in the routine. It's my peace of mind, my stress management, and my "me" time all in the hands of an amazing trainer! I am so thankful I can still train hard during these COVID-19 times because exercising is key to keep our immune system strong. However, I am still not comfortable being at a crowed gym. The studio is super clean and perfect, especially now because you don't have to share space and equipment with a whole bunch of people in a regular gym. I am never going back to a big gym again! Having Kris' guidance and motivation along with the amazing exercise routines he puts together especially for me is the best way to reach my fitness goals! I have had trainers for the last 8 years and by all means Kris is THE best one, the one to keep, a great person, an amazing professional.
