Amazing Gym Experience
I’ve had an amazing experience at House of Muscle! The gym is clean, well-equipped, and has a great atmosphere. Working with Kris has been a game-changer! Kris is knowledgeable, supportive, and truly invested in helping me reach my goals. I’ve already seen so much progress and feel stronger every week. Highly recommend this gym.
Regained Fitness and Confidence
I started training with Kris earlier this year and the results have been amazing. I had lost fitness and gained weight during grad school and needed help to get back into shape so that I could enjoy doing the things I love – hiking, biking, soccer. I had never trained with weights before, mostly relying on cardio. Kris made sure he understood my goals, my training history, and specific requirements (I really need to strengthen my knees) and provided work out plans tailored to these needs. After 5 months, I’m feeling stronger and I can see the positive effects – my running, biking, hiking etc have all benefited, and my knees don’t give out anymore. Kris’ style is positive and he is flexible with session timings and schedules. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to regain or get into fitness!
Fun, Comfortable, and Effective Training
Always enjoyed getting trained by Kris. Very comfortable environment and he gives the push you need to maximize your workout. It is fun doing different gym workouts while having a great conversation with him. The best south bay personal trainer. I have always come out sweating and feel rejuvenated the next day.
