What Is The Momentum and Structure Plan?
★ Our most popular plan great for beginners new to personal training or lifting weights. We cater to the beginner. ✔︎ 8 sessions = 2 personal training sessions per week for 4 weeks in person at House of Muscle USA's private studio. ✔︎ This package is a fully customized workout/training split made for your body and goals. This is our most popular package. ✔︎ Sessions are month-to-month. ✔︎ Once you've trained through your package of sessions we understand that you may not want to continue so we allow you to stop or pause training at anytime. ✔︎ We encourage you to continue training but we give you the flexibility you need to stop or pause with no contracts or long term commitment. ✔︎ Several of our clients train for years once they start with the momentum and structure they need.
Please give a 24 hour notice of cancellation
Please cancel any scheduled sessions 24 hours in advance to avoid losing that session.
