Yes it will absolutely work for you and anyone that lacks motivation. It's very hard to workout alone with no plan or guidance. Without the help of a personal trainer you may never start a weight loss fitness plan that helps you lose weight and build muscle.
How many sessions per week is right for me?
Start with 2 - 3 sessions per week. This is the sweet spot. This way it won't feel overwhelming and difficult. We want you to start slower rather than going 0 to 100 overnight. Starting off too fast can put you at a higher risk of getting injured.
